Our Workflow in 4 steps
1 : Concept & Survey
It's a crucial step. During this step a Feasibility Study is performed. The product specifications are prepared and approved. All the project critical points are highlighted and an accurate cost analisys is shared with the project team.
2 : Invent & Implement
This is the real design step. Schematization is used to build the rough operation concept. Follows a prototyping step that allow the developer to verify and debug the product. Here Innovation take place in several aspect including the cost reduction strategy. Finally Design Verification allow to ensure the project is aligned with specifications and original requirements.
3 : Finalize & Formalize
Documentation is prepared here. A complete project review is carried out in order to verify that all the choices are the best ones. Optimization take place to reduce the product complexity anc cost. Product Certification is carried as well following the adequate standards. Final verification allow the designer to free the design for mass production and / or distribution.
4 : Distribute & Deploy
Here the result sharing take place. An accurate marketing strategy is built. Product Life Time management is carefully planned in order to ensure customer satisfaction and prolonged life to the product with the minimum costs.
